Brigadier General Isaac G. Osborne, Jr. is the first Director, Joint Staff for the Tennessee Army and Air National Guard.  In this capacity, he is the primary advisor to the Assistant Adjutant General, Army and the Assistant Adjutant General, Air, Tennessee National Guard.

BG Osborne graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, and was commissioned as Second Lieutenant, Signal, United States Army.
