Mission Statement

The J9 is designed to be a one-stop center for all Service Members, Veterans and  Families to receive information and support services. The main office is located in  Nashville, TN, with Family Assistance Centers throughout the state.  The J9 is responsible for Resiliency and Risk Reduction, Deployment Cycle Support, Reintegration (Yellow Ribbon) Programs, Veterans Transition Assistance, Family Programs, Sexual  Assault Prevention and Response, Suicide Prevention, Chaplain Support, Military Funeral Honors, Employer Support to the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Survivor Outreach Services, Director of Psychological Health, Military and Family Life and  Personal Financial counseling.
