Requesting Military Records

Servicemembers from any branch of service who entered the
military in the State of Tennessee can request a DD 214,
or any other part of their military records by calling War Records:

Servicemembers who entered service from anywhere outside
of the State of Tennessee can request a DD 214 through the
National Archive's National Personnel Records Center at
http://archives.gov/veterans/index.html.
Then click on the link "Use the eVetRecs request system".
