licensed Yellow Ribbon may provide mileage reimbursement for up to two (2) authorized family members per Servicemember. Authorized family members entitled to reimbursements include: parents, spouses, and children. The authorized family member must travel over 50 miles (one way), from Home of Record to event location, in order to qualify for reimbursement. These same authorized family members (up to 2) are also eligible for one night’s lodging reimbursements at some events. These reimbursements will be conducted after the event. A travel voucher (Form 1351-2) will be completed at the event. Please be sure to bring a voided check/account information for reimbursements to be processed. |
